If you’re new to this site, I hope you’ll find here a peaceful place of quiet words — and pictures. Perhaps the words in one of my poems will leave you thinking, won’t let you go for a while. That would please me. My photographs (including some I’ve creatively modified) are a second side of me. Perhaps they will add to your enjoyment.

You’ll find a short biography of me here. In a nutshell, I grew up back east, have ties to Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, and my wife and I currently divide our time between San Diego and Idyllwild in southern California.

You’ll also find here details about my workshops, a link to my publisher (Wordcraft of Oregon) where you can purchase Camera Obscura, and links to a number of friends, teachers, and supporters. I think you’ll enjoy meeting some of them, so please try connecting to a few.
